TOWN OF HERMAN
PLAN COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Herman Plan Commission and Town Board on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 7:00pm at Herman School, N6409 Cty Hwy P, to hear and consider taking action on the following:
- A Public Hearing for a minor land division application by Jon Murray to create 3 parcels in an A2 General Agricultural District under the Land Division & Development Ordinance, Chapter 251, Code of Ordinances, Town of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin in the NE, SE and SW¼ and NW¼ of Section 8.
Public comment from residents, property owners and other affected parties will be heard. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
Immediately following the adjournment of the Plan Commission meeting, the Town Board will convene to consider the recommendations made by the Plan Commission and possibly take action on them.
