April 2017 Town Board Meeting


NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin, will be held on Monday April 10, 2017 at 7pm at Herman Town Hall W1892 Rock Road.


  1. Call to order.
  2. Approve agenda
  3. Public comments and appearances-15 minutes with 2 minutes per person. Additional public participation may occur on any agenda item at the call of the chair
  4. Approve minutes of previous meetings
    1. March 14 , 2017 Regular Town Board Meeting
    2. March 21, 2017 Town Board following Plan Commission Meeting
  5. Treasurer’s Report and communications thereof
  6. Zoning Administrator’s report and communications thereof
  7. Possibly discuss and possibly act on items at the Town Hall including but not limited to:
    1. Possible review and possible decision on Town Hall sign
    2. Getting bids for roof
    3. Chairs for meeting room
  8. Possibly discuss and possibly act on Roadwork including but not limited to
  9. 2017-2018 Salt Contract
  10. Town Board to ratify the Town Chairperson’s appointment of Ray Schickert as Weed Commissioner for 2017.
  11. Town Board to ratify the following Town Chairperson’s appointments to the Plan Commission
    1. David Stein to a 3 term on the Plan Commission
    2. Greg Smith to finish Elmer Meyer’s remaining 1 year
    3. A town board member to a 2 year term
    4. David Stein as Chairperson
  12. Appoint Diane Beine deputy clerk to begin when her clerk term ends on April 17, 2017
  13. Communications and petitions by Town Clerk
  14. Discuss items for future meeting agenda inclusion
  15. Approve payment of bills
  16. Read any correspondence
  17. Adjourn.
